West Coast Business Park 

11 lot industrial subdivision in the township of Torquay on the Surf Coast. Works included the construction of sewer, water and drainage reticulation, civil works for electrical and NBN and more than 5,300 square metres of new roads. This project also required significant earthworks with the entire site stripped and 14,000m3 of clay fill placed under a level one supervision.
